Together, Arjan and Joris have also founded The Good Shit Company, a circular and sustainable business producing premium vodka and gin crafted from food waste—highlighting their commitment to sustainability and ingenuity.

 

Arjan brings a creative, out-of-the-box approach to food innovation, rooted in his culinary arts background and experience in Michelin-starred kitchens. With a wealth of expertise in product development and a vast network spanning foodservice and retail, Arjan is always on the pulse of what’s new and exciting in the culinary world.

Joris, with a background in hospitality management and a Master of Science in Marketing, has over 17 years of experience leading innovation projects in nearly every product category within the food industry. His strategic mindset and comprehensive understanding of the market make him an invaluable partner in driving successful food innovations.
